Returns & Repairs are a necessary part of doing business, even more necessary is having awesome customer service during these interactions with your customer. We understand this and make the returns, warranty & repairs process simple and cost-effective.
We can work directly with you, your customer, or retailer to determine the reason for the return and how to best handle the situation. If a repair is necessary we have trained staff on-site to make many repairs, and if we can’t we will source those who can.
We also have reporting systems in place to manage all these returns, so you always have oversight on what’s happening with your product.
